Welcome to GLP-1 Diary. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GLP-1 Diary mobile application ("App") operated by Metamorph ("we," "our," or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the GLP-1 Diary app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

GLP-1 Diary is a health tracking application that allows users to:

• Track body weight through HealthKit integration
• Monitor symptoms related to GLP-1 medications
• View calendar visualization of health data
• Export health data (Premium feature)

3. Premium Subscription

The App offers a monthly subscription service for $1.99/month that provides:

• Data export functionality in CSV and text formats
• Extended data periods (up to 72 weeks)
• Professional health reports

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

4. Health Information Disclaimer

Important: This App is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

5. Data and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Health data is stored locally on your device and integrated with Apple HealthKit. We do not collect or store your personal health information on our servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate health information
• Not share your account with others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or modify the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share or distribute your exported data in violation of privacy laws

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metamorph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Metamorph is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
