01収集する情報Information we collect

入力情報（性別・年齢・体重・血清クレアチニン）Input values (gender, age, weight, serum creatinine)

• 性別・年齢・体重・血清クレアチニンの値（手入力または音声入力）Gender, age, weight, and serum creatinine values, entered manually or by voice

これらの値はeGFR・Ccrの計算にのみ使用され、端末内で処理されます。These values are used only to calculate eGFR and Ccr, and are processed entirely on your device.

音声入力に関する情報Voice input

• 音声入力の認識結果（テキスト）。入力補助のため、端末内で表示・編集されます。Speech recognition results (text), shown and editable on your device to help you enter values.

音声認識はiOSの音声認識機能に依存します。音声や認識結果を当社サーバーへ送信することはありません。Recognition relies on iOS's built-in speech features. We never send your audio or transcripts to our servers.

アプリ動作に伴う情報App settings

• 直近の入力値や表示設定など（端末内に保存）Recent input values and display settings, stored on your device

本アプリは行動トラッキングや広告目的の識別子を使用しません。The app uses no behavioral tracking and no advertising identifiers.

02利用目的How we use information

• 日本人向けeGFR推算式およびCockcroft–Gault式によるCcrの計算・表示To calculate and display eGFR (Japanese equation) and Ccr (Cockcroft–Gault formula)
• 結果のコピーなど、ユーザーが希望する機能の提供To provide features you choose to use, such as copying your results

03データの保存・共有Storage and sharing

• 入力した値は、計算のためアプリ内で一時的に保持されるのみです。Values you enter are held temporarily within the app, only for calculation.
• 当社サーバーへの送信・保存は行わず、第三者への提供もしません。We do not transmit or store it on our servers, and we never share it with third parties.
• 広告配信・解析のためのサードパーティSDKは使用していません。We use no third-party SDKs for advertising or analytics.
• HealthKit等の外部連携は行っていません。The app does not integrate with HealthKit or any other external service.
• 本アプリはサーバー側で個人情報を保持していないため、開発者側で削除・開示・訂正を行う対象データはありません。端末内のデータはアプリの終了・再起動やアンインストールにより消去されます。Because we hold no personal data on any server, there is nothing for us to delete, disclose, or correct. On-device data is cleared when the app closes, restarts, or is uninstalled.

04同意と権限Consent and permissions

• 音声入力を利用する場合、マイクおよび音声認識の権限が必要です（iOSの設定からいつでも変更できます）。Using voice input requires microphone and speech recognition permissions, which you can change any time in iOS Settings.
• これらの権限を許可しない場合も、手入力ですべての機能をご利用いただけます。All features remain available through manual entry even if you decline these permissions.

05安全管理Security

• 入力情報は端末内でのみ処理され、不要な外部通信は行いません。Your input is processed entirely on your device, with no unnecessary external communication.
• OSやプラットフォームが提供する権限設定（マイク・音声認識）に従い、安全に動作します。The app operates within the permission model provided by iOS (microphone and speech recognition).

06未成年の利用Use by minors

保護者の同意のもとでご利用ください。医療上の判断は医師にご相談ください。Please use the app with a guardian's consent. For medical decisions, consult a physician.

07本ポリシーの変更Changes to this policy

内容を改定することがあります。重要な変更は、アプリ内などでお知らせします。We may revise this policy. We will notify you of significant changes — for example, within the app.
