Key Features
Aging Visualization reads your Walking Speed and Step Count directly from Apple HealthKit and turns raw numbers into meaningful trends.
- Yearly Mobility Dashboard — A clear grid shows your average walking speed (m/s) and daily steps for every calendar year.
- Trend Analysis — See year‑to‑year changes, three‑year moving averages, and a linear‑regression slope with R² to measure long‑term momentum.
- Variability Insights — Coefficients of variation flag whether your day‑to‑day speeds are stable or fluctuating.
- Plain‑Language Summary — Friendly sentences translate statistics into actionable advice.
- On‑Device Processing — All calculations happen locally; no data ever leaves your iPhone.
- Zero Setup — Grant Health permissions once and results refresh automatically as new data arrives.
How It Works
On first launch, Aging Visualization requests read‑only access to your Walking Speed and Step Count. After permission is granted, it imports your history, groups entries by year, and computes averages, variability, and trend lines. The dashboard updates itself each time new Health data is recorded.
Privacy First
Your Health data is yours alone. Aging Visualization never stores, shares, or uploads personal information. All processing is fully offline, and the app contains no third‑party analytics or advertising SDKs.
Data Read: Walking Speed (HKQuantityTypeIdentifierWalkingSpeed) and Step Count (HKQuantityTypeIdentifierStepCount).
Data Shared: None.
You may revoke HealthKit permissions at any time in iOS Settings; the app will immediately stop accessing your data.
