Metamorph ("we," "our," or "us") built the SGLT2 Diary app ("the App") as an ad‑supported application. This service is provided by Metamorph at no cost and is intended for use as is.

1. Information We Collect

Health Data Entered by You. The App allows you to manually record body weight and symptoms. All health data remain on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.

Apple Health Data (optional). With your explicit consent, the App may read your body‑mass data from Apple Health to streamline entry. No other HealthKit data are accessed or stored.

Advertising Identifiers. The App integrates Google AdMob, which may collect and process the Advertising ID and other usage data to serve personalized ads. Please review Google's Privacy Policy for details.

2. How We Use Information

• To display your weight and symptom history within the App;
• To improve user experience and maintain the service;
• To show advertisements via AdMob.

3. Data Storage

All user‑entered and HealthKit data are stored locally on your device in an encrypted container. We do not operate external servers or cloud backups for this data.

4. Third‑Party Services

The App uses AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect information to personalize ads. We do not share your health data with AdMob.

5. Your Choices

• You can stop all data collection by deleting the App.
• You may revoke Apple Health permissions at any time via iOS Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices.
• You can opt out of ad personalization in iOS Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within this page and take effect immediately.
