ヘルスケア関連データ（HealthKit）Health data (HealthKit)
- 血圧（収縮期／拡張期）、脈拍Blood pressure (systolic / diastolic) and pulse
本アプリはHealthKitの許諾に基づき、必要な範囲でのみデータの読み取り・保存を行います。With your HealthKit permission, the app reads and saves only the data it needs — nothing more.
音声入力に関する情報Voice input
- 音声入力の認識結果（テキスト）。入力補助のため、端末内で表示・編集されます。Speech recognition results (text), shown and editable on your device to help you log entries.
音声認識はiOSの音声認識機能に依存します。音声や認識結果を当社サーバーへ送信することはありません。Recognition relies on iOS's built-in speech features. We never send your audio or transcripts to our servers.
アプリ動作に伴う情報App settings
- アプリ内の設定・表示状態など（端末内に保存）In-app settings and display state, stored on your device
本アプリは行動トラッキングや広告目的の識別子を使用しません。The app uses no behavioral tracking and no advertising identifiers.

- ご自身の健康管理（測定値の記録、可視化、傾向の表示）To help you manage your own health — recording, visualizing, and showing trends in your measurements
- 音声入力の文字化による記録作成の補助To assist logging by turning your voice into text
03データの保存・共有Storage and sharing
- HealthKitのデータは端末のヘルスケアデータベースで管理され、ヘルスケアアプリから制御できます。HealthKit data is kept in your device's Health database, which you control from the Health app.
- 当社サーバーへの送信・保存は行わず、第三者への提供もしません。We do not transmit or store it on our servers, and we never share it with third parties.
- 音声認識はAppleの仕組みに依存し、Appleのポリシーが適用されます。Speech recognition relies on Apple's system and is governed by Apple's policies.
04同意と権限Consent and permissions
- HealthKitの読み取り・書き込みには、ユーザーの明示的な許諾が必要です（ヘルスケアアプリで管理できます）。Reading and writing HealthKit data requires your explicit permission, which you can manage in the Health app.
- マイク・音声認識の権限が必要です（iOSの設定からいつでも変更できます）。Microphone and speech recognition permissions are required, and can be changed any time in iOS Settings.
05安全管理Security
- 端末とOSが提供する保護機能（パスコード、セキュリティ領域など）に依存します。Protection relies on the safeguards your device and OS provide, such as your passcode and secure storage.
- 不正アクセスが疑われる場合は、速やかに下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact us promptly at the address below.
06未成年の利用Use by minors
保護者の同意のもとでご利用ください。医療上の判断は医師にご相談ください。Please use the app with a guardian's consent. For medical decisions, consult a physician.
07本ポリシーの変更Changes to this policy
内容を改定することがあります。重要な変更は、アプリ内などでお知らせします。We may revise this policy. We will notify you of significant changes — for example, within the app.
